AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL

Products from the automatic or manual production lines don’t need to enter into shocking or cooling rooms and wait for a long time and the required shocking, cooling or heating process for the product is completed within a short term at the spiral system.

AUTOMATION MACHINE

A conveyor transport system without the need for lubrication is available. We have different types of conveyors we manufacture for different products and these conveyors provide a perfect air passage surface

  • Suitable for spiral, round and flat conveyors.

  • It is wider, faster and more powerful than other products on the market.

  • Spiral or flat conveyors, spiral wrapped bread, pasta, vegetables, potatoes, fish and meat, such as making presentations, cooling or freezing opportunities for.

  • Material AISI 304 stainless steel wire braided tapes in lines, air passage is allowed. Therefore, all its areas are a uniform air flow.

HOT-COLD WATER COILS
  • Capacity range of the standard models is between 0.5 and 337 kW. 

  • Fan sound pressure levels are in accordance with EN 13487 and for 10 m distance from center of the units. For different distances, correction factors should be used. 

  • Highly efficient heat exchanger coils, designed with special computer softwares, are made of copper tubes and aluminum fins as standard. 

  • Fin spacings are 2.1, 2.3, 2.5 and 2.8 mm. 

  • Depending on the working environment and design, epoxy coated aluminum fins, complete epoxy coated coils, copper fins and grooved tubes are available as options. 

  • Collectors are made of copper and have schrader valves. 

  • Refrigerant circuits are optimized for commonly used refrigerants (R404A, R507, R22, R134A, R407, etc.) 

  • Test pressure is 34 bars and delivery of the products is under positive pressure. 

  • Energy efficient and low noise fans are used. Arrangement of the fans up to 1x4 for single row and 2x6 for double rows. Fan Motor protection classes IP44 and IP 54, Insulation class B and F . 

  • Powder painted galvanized is steel used for casing and standard color is RAL 7044. Different colors can be applied on request. 

  • Adiabatic/evaporative cooling systems such as direct water spray, water spray on mesh, fogging, humidification pads can be applied as options. 

  • Subcooling circuit, fan speed control systems, electrical panels, EC fans, measuring instruments, service flaps, on-off switches, vibration dampers, etc. equipment are available as options. 

  • All of the materials are in high quality and long term durability. 

  • The products, designed by special computer softwares, have competitive advantages based on initial investment and operating costs.

BLAST FREEZERS
  • Our standard production consists of 40 (+/- 2) density polyurethane injected locked panels of which the top surface is 10 mm thick plywood and bottom surface is galvanized sheet. Ribbed surface panels come in 7 different thicknesses, same as in the case of wall / ceiling panels. Ribbed panels have a load capacity of 2,000 kg/m2 and non-slip CrNi or 200-micron PVC coated steel sheet can optionally be used on top of the plywood.
